^26 (A)You also played the whore ^(B)with the Egyptians, your lustful neighbours, ^(C)multiplying your whoring, ^(D)to provoke me to anger. ²⁷ Behold, therefore, I stretched out my hand against you ^(E)and diminished your allotted portion ^(F)and delivered you to the greed of your enemies, ^(G)the daughters of the Philistines, who were ashamed of your lewd behaviour. ^28 (H)You played the whore also ^(I)with the Assyrians, because you were not satisfied; yes, you played the whore with them, and still you were not satisfied.
